Challenges


December 2017 — CHRISTMAS

In September, Pinnacle Quilter members were challenged to make a 24×24-inch quilt representing their vision of Christmas. Each participant purchased a theme fabric fat-quarter for $5.00 and had three months to design and make their quilts.

Of the twelve registered members, seven completed the challenge! The quilts were displayed and votes were taken for the “Viewers’ Choice” award at the December general meeting. Congratulations to the winners of this challenge!

August 2017 — HERE COMES THE SUN

In June, Pinnacle Quilter members were challenged to make a 20×20-inch quilt with the theme “Here Comes of the Sun!”   Each participant purchased a theme fabric fat-quarter for $5.00 and had two months to design and make their quilts.

Of the twelve registered members, six completed the challenge!   The quilts were displayed and votes were taken for “Viewers’ Choice” award at the August general meeting. Congratulations to all the winners of this challenge!
